Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve had a bunch of people ask what exactly the 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack is and how it works, so I wanted to go ahead and do a post on it all in case any of you would like to know as well!

It comes with a 30 day supply of Shakeology in the flavor(s) of your choice, 2 DVD’s full of 30 minute 21 Day Fix workouts, portion control containers, an eating plan and starting guide, plus a 30 day free trial to the Team Beachbody Club which includes Beachbody On Demand!

Buying the Challenge Pack saves you a total of $70 compared to if you were to buy each item separately PLUS the Pack is on sale until the end of the month! It’s truly a great system that seriously works – just look at my results! I’m currently on my second round of the Fix and I can’t brag about this stuff enough. The great part about this Challenge Pack is that once you buy it once, the only thing you need to replace as you go is your Shakeology.. and what’s even better is that if you’re not happy with your results at the end of your Fix, you’re guaranteed your money back.

So what do your 3 weeks look like as you do the 21 Day Fix? Super simple. This is what I do:

Sometime during the weekend, I sit down and construct my meal plan for the upcoming week. You can go online and tell the system what you want to accomplish in the next 21 Days – be it a little weight loss, a lot, just toning up, maintaining, etc., and it will give you a suggested daily caloric intake and nutritional levels. Then, it automatically sets up meal options according to your goals and you can go in day by day and make changes to those meals according to your taste, convenience, etc. Once you have your week’s meal plan set, you can generate a shopping list containing all of the ingredients you will need for your chosen meals that week and off to the store I go! The list is editable, so simply delete the items you already have in your pantry or fridge!

Then, I simply carve out 30 minutes in the morning to do a quick but effective workout (you can either do them in order or choose a workout program that will tell you which workouts to do on which days). After that, I switch my smart TV from the DVD player to Pandora and jam out while I make my superfood shake full of dense nutrition! By the time 7:15am rolls around I’m done worrying about my fitness and nutrition for the day!

The rest is just following your meal plan! Each night while I make dinner I use my portion control containers to put together my two snacks and lunch for the next day. Sometimes I’ll make a big batch of salad on Sunday nights to be portioned out and used as lunch throughout the week as well. It all depends on what your meal plan has in store for you and what is easiest on you!

This system is not about deprivation or “dieting.” It’s about learning what your body needs to perform at it’s best and giving it just that! I have seen such a huge difference in not only the way my body looks, but how it FEELS and how it functions. My hope is that you’ll try this program and see for yourself!
